We are a family business and your satisfaction is critical to our success. Your phone calls and e-mails are answered by owners of the company. We do our best to answer your questions HONESTLY…An angry customer is not worth a quick sale.

All descriptions are provided accurately to the best of our knowledge. While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. We are not mechanics but will assist you to the best of our abilities (or forward you to one of our support representatives).

New Jersey residents are subject to sales tax which is automatically calculated and added to order.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Local Pick Up is available with appointment only call 201-456-0391 we are located in (Barnegat NJ, 08005 – Southern Ocean County).

We typically ship within 1 business day. Most orders received weekdays before about 2PM EST, get shipped same day!

We primarily use either FedEx or USPS. (UPS shipping is also available – additional fee may apply. Please contact us about UPS shipping.)
tems 15 oz. or less are shipped via USPS first class mail.Tracking information will be provided to you.

Items weighing over 1 lb. will be shipped via USPS Priority mail or Fed Ex depending on your location. Most items (within USA) are usually delivered within 2-3 days.

FedEx does NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address. If a physical street address is not available, we can ship via USPS-additional fees may apply. Contact us for shipping quote prior to ordering. Help us ship your order promptly by including your physical address at checkout.

We ship within the USA (including Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska) as well to most countries worldwide. For international shipments, please see the section “International Buyers”.

For Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, & US Virgin Islands, additional shipping fees that are not included in the automated calculated shipping costs. These fees will be stated either in the checkout instructions. If you have any questions about shipping charges, please contact us before purchasing.

See map representing the FedEx estimated delivery time for your item(s) once it has been shipped from our location FedEx Home Delivery delivers Tuesday – Saturday. If a package leaves here on a Thursday, and you are in a 2-day delivery zone, your package will deliver to you on Saturday. If you are in a 3-Day zone, and your package leaves on a Thursday, you will receive it Tuesday.

Packages will NOT require a signature unless requested (additional fee may apply).

Please check tracking number for shipment status and updates. We are not responsible for shipping company delays out of our control such as adverse weather conditions or seasonal delays.

We will do everything in our control to get your package to you quickly, but in the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping, we ask you to patiently work with us and the shipping company to resolve the issue.

Once shipment is sent, you will be notified by email with tracking number by USPS/FedEx/UPS.

 

International Buyers
Please note: Import duties, taxes, etc. are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up (please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges).

We cannot mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

We are not responsible for the time your county’s customs office holds the items.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges including return shipping.

Combined shipping is available.

Typically, international shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery times are varied and can be delayed by customs, which is out of our control. Expedited shipments are available thru FedEx at an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote for FedEx International Delivery.
