This new distributor fits the Small Block Ford 221, 260, 289, 302 that are carbureted.

**This is an excellent alternative for those who cannot use a standard ready to run distributor because of clearance issues with the chrome box sticking out of the side that houses the module on the standard ready to run.  This distributor also provides the ability to adjust the distributor with the included advance springs and advance bushings.  This is the BEST performance distributor for the money!!

Distributor comes with a Three Year Warranty.

The compact design of the cap allows for more clearance around the intake manifold for cars and trucks that do not accept large HEI style cap.

**PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST RUN EXTERNAL COIL WITH THIS DISTRIBUTOR and it is NOT included. Coil needs to be 12V and have an output of 40,000 volts or more.  This Small Cap HEI Ready-To-Run distributor is made for easy installation. Just hook up the three wires and you are “Ready-To-Run”. This distributor comes with a three year warranty.

The included set of BLUE wires will work on SMALL BLOCK FORD 221, 260, 289, 302 using the HEI (male tower) distributor that is also included in this listing.  These wires are made in the USA by PACKARD WIRE CO and are 8mm High Performance, 270 ohm/foot, Spiral Core Spark plug wires.  These wires are already factory assembled on both ends so you do NOT need to cut to length. Although 3 coil wires are shown in the photo, only one is included.  Please let us know which coil wire you want.  If a coil wire is not selected, the coil wire with the two female ends will be included.

For over 100 years, MADE IN THE USA!! These High Performance wires only have 270 ohms per foot. The less Ohms, the more Performance.
