Shortages/ Claims

Any shortages on shipment must be reported to SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts, within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts, is at fault, the claimed items will be re-shipped to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the Bill of Lading and or Packing slip against actual number of cartons received. Credit will not be issued to a customer for carton shortages if the Bill of Lading/Packing Slip have been signed for with the correct number of cartons being shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to take time and verify the number of cartons they receive on the Bill of Lading before signing freight document. Customers are not allowed to take any deduction on an original invoice when remitting payments to SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts If there are any corrections to an invoice, SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts will issue a credit memo to customer.

Returns and Exchanges

SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts will accept returns of new, unused merchandise, in their original condition and original packaging, within 90 days of original purchase date. SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts must be given advance notification of any returns, new or defective, being shipped back and must be given an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to shipping. All returns must be clearly labeled with RMA number and must contain a copy of the original invoice. After 30 days, non-defective returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Within 2-3 business days of receipt of non-defective merchandise by SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts, credit will be issued for the sale price of the product less any fees. Any product ordered but refused upon delivery by customer will be subject to restocking fee and refusal fee, in addition to any return shipping charges.

Final Sale

Clearance items are final sales and therefore are not eligible for return or replacement unless otherwise stated on product listing.

 

Limited Warranty

All SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts products are sold with a three (3) year warranty and expire three (3) calendar years from date of sale.* SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts will replace any product that is found to be defective in material and/or workmanship. If replacement product is not available at time of warranty claim, SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts will issue store credit for the original purchase price. Transportation charges for replacement parts or products will be covered by SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts (within the United States only). Transportation charges for initial return of alleged defective product to SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts will not be covered. Claims will be approved only after product has been inspected and deemed defective by SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts.

This warranty covers product relative to defective material and/or workmanship only. SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts is not responsible for labor charges, lost profits, injury to person(s), damage to property, towing charges, storage charges, substitute transportation, or lodging. SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts will not approve claims caused by problems resulting from non SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts parts, improper installation (including installation in application(s) for which product was not designed), lack of required routine maintenance, improper storage of product, incidental damage, or an act of God. If item is found to be damaged out of the box, SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts is to be notified immediately. Any claims caused by the installation of an item known to be damaged will not be covered.

If it is the intent of the buyer to inventory SwapMeetParts.com/DCB Auto Parts, LLC/Block Performance Parts product(s) to resell at a later date, said buyer must inform salesperson at time of purchase. For product placed in customer’s inventory, warranty will begin at point of sale to end user (dated proof of sale required) and expire three (3) calendar years from that date.
